Morning Weigh In
Bob - 193! Sigh! Until I start improving again I think I'll just stay off the scale. I'm obsessing.
Bee -
6:00 a.m.
Bob: Green Tea & Stevia
Bee: Coffee, stevia, 2 tbs creamer
6:15 a.m.
(Bee & Bob) Egg casserole
10:00 a.m.
(Bee) Ground Turkey, Lentils, & Veg mixture
(Bob) Ground Turkey, Lentils, & Veg mixture
2:30 p.m.
(Bee) Rest of Ground Turkey/Sliced Turkey, Lentils, & Veg mixture
(Bob) Ground Turkey, Lentils, & Veg mixture
7:00 p.m.
(Bee & Bob) Flank steak, mixed veg and pinto beans.
Notes:
(Bob) - Cooked up a second bunch of the turkey mixture last night. This should last through the week this time. 2.5 pounds of turkey, 2 cups of dried lentils (I cooked them!), and 2 bags of veggies.
