Notes:
- (Bee) 35 air squats this morning, and 1 hr dance class tonight; gained about a lb over the weekend, no worries as I think dance will shake it right off tonight.
- (Bob) We're finally home and I was a little scared to step on the scale this morning after eating on the road but all is well! I actually lost .4 pounds since my last official weigh-in on Friday. I'm more than pleased with that!
