4-Hour Body Journal, Day 16, (January 17, 2011)

Morning Weigh In 

Bob - Still traveling

7:30 a.m.
Coffee & creamer

8:00 a.m.
4 Eggs (no egg whites that day) cooked with 1/2 can Turnip Green, leftover beans from New Seasons (pinto and black bean dip), sauteed mushrooms
Medium Pico di Gallo and guacamole

11:30 a.m.
 Hamburger steak, grilled mushrooms and onions, guacamole, pico di gallo served over lettuces

1:30 p.m.
(Bob) Small handful mixed nuts.

6:30 p.m. Pork Chops, lentils, and sauteed spinach with bacon and bacon fat.

Notes:
  • (Bee) Did the 35 air squats again and added tricep and shoulder raises (using a heavy olive oil container), need to get an extra pair of resistance bands for when we are out of town.
  • (Bob) We're still traveling so it's been hard to eat well and on schedule.  Tomorrow we're home so things should normal out.
