Bob - 191.0 pounds with a 28.8% body fat (55.2 pounds of fat)
5:30 a.m.Coffee, Splenda & Creamer
6:30 a.m.
Egg whites, 2 Eggs
Lentils & collard greens
Medium Pico di Gallo, gaucamole
10:30 a.m.

(Bee) Leftover pork/greens/carrots/snap peas/lentils

(Bee) Peppermint sucker (had a sugar craving), lunch was leftover chicken/sausage/quadruple bean soup

7 pm. (Bee) Baked talapia with tomatoes/basil/lemon/macadamia nut oil, mixed veggies tossed with oil and lemon juice, and lentils; cup of hot chocolate at 9
Notes:
- (Bee) Still seeing a reduction in weight, in small increments, I had a dance class on tuesday and biked to work today. To date, since starting the 4HB I'm down a full 5 lbs. and seeing a nice change in the fit of my jeans, even thinking about buying a belt and I never ever wear belts, for philosophical reasons.
